About Me

Hello! My name is Mary Ellen Telesha, and along with being a full-time nomad, I’m a Certified Life Coach and a Master Reiki Practitioner. I received my Life Coaching Certification in 2010 from Martha Beck’s Life Coaching program, and achieved my Master Level Reiki Certification in 2007 in the Usui method of Reiki.

When I became a Reiki Master, I began to get information about my clients while giving them Reiki. I was getting insight into layers of emotional issues, and when I gave them feedback it was surprisingly accurate! I could see the deeper issues, but didn’t have the professional skills to help them get clarity on those issues.

Because traditional Reiki training doesn’t involve Life Coaching, I felt like I was missing something, some piece of healing that would help if I was trained to discuss the information I was getting in a professional and skillful way. When I discovered Life Coaching Training with Martha Beck, I knew I’d found the missing piece!

I’ve combined those two healing practices into a modality called ReikiCoaching,™ a powerful fusion of Reiki and Life Coaching.

If you need help and support, whether it be planning your nomad life or support for your current life on the road, you’ll get guidance and clarity with a Reiki Coaching session. Find out more HERE about ReikiCoaching, or contact me here for a free consult!

I’m a nomad and traveler, currently in a simply converted Chevy Uplander mini-van, and I’ve traveled from coast to coast in the U.S. There’s still so much more to see!

You can learn more about my nomad life on my website, cosmicnomadvoyager, which is filled with how to’s of nomad life, philosophy and personal experiences of living on the road, like my scariest nomad experience. You can also find me posting regularly on my socials, Facebook and Instagram.

I’m the author of the popular book Wild Women on The Road, and my attempt at nomad humor, Top Ten Lists For Nomads: The (Mostly) Lighter Side of Nomadic Life.
